The flag shown is the official flag of 435 Transport and Rescue Squadron, a distinguished unit within the Royal Canadian Air Force (RCAF). Based at 17 Wing Winnipeg, Manitoba, 435 Squadron plays a vital role in Canada's military and humanitarian operations. The flag encapsulates both the squadron’s heritage and its essential missions, blending symbolism with identity in a distinctly military design.

The flag’s field is sky blue, a color traditionally associated with air forces around the world.
